What is TCU tuning?
TCU (Transmission Control Unit) tuning is optimization of the automatic transmission control unit. We modify shift maps, remove delays and add sport modes.
Is TCU tuning safe for the gearbox?
Yes, we work within factory tolerances and don't increase mechanical load on the gearbox. We only optimize shift logic.
Can I do TCU tuning without engine chip tuning?
Yes, TCU tuning can be done separately. But for maximum effect we recommend combining with Stage 1/2 — the gearbox will be perfectly matched to new engine characteristics.
How long does the procedure take?
TCU tuning takes 1-2 hours. If combined with ECU chip tuning — about 3-4 hours for the complete package.
